This is the Powder Dogs first trip to Taos Ski Valley and promises to be an experience. We'll have a 3 hour bus trip from the airport with snacks and beverages. We will also make a stop for food and beverages. We are staying at Snakedance condos which are located just steps from the base chairlifts and to restaurants for dinner. All rooms are 2 bedrooms with 2 baths.
Taos has a base elevation 9,200 feet and summit elevation of 12,481 feet with a 300" average snowfall which allows it to have the best snow conditions in New Mexico.
The available skiing acreage is 1,294 so there's plenty of terrain. Taos has 110 trails divided 24% beginner, 25% intermediate, 51% expert. They have 1 gondola, 9 chairlifts, and 4 surface lifts.

Make sure to commit by October meeting. After October meeting, we will be canceling rooms and air. Also make sure to read the trip cancelation policy when signing up for the trip.
