Day Trips

  FEBRUARY 5, 2022 

Some Powder Dogs met for skiing and dinner  at Alpine Valley in Wisconsin. They skied from   3pm to 9pm.

 Some of us did get out for skiing up at Alpine Valley on Tuesday, February, 23rd. Laurie, Hope, La Don, Larry, and Jim and Karen made it up there.

  Conditions were OK but if your skis needed wax it felt like you were going to be catapulted out of your boots at times.   It was a warm day and the snow in areas was pretty slushy. Still, a few hours of skiing was fun. Personally, I can say I skied all the black runs, even if it was just Alpine Valley, it made me feel like I’ll do a really good job on the green trails in Snowmass (LOL)
