About the trip

24 people went on the Powder Dogs first trip to Canada. We had a mix of weather but nothing really cold. The last day it rained at the base and was a blizzard on top. The Delta Suites were located in the village and access to both mountains were very easy. Many took advantage of First Tracks which got you on the Gondola at 7:30 am so you can eat breakfast at the top. Then they opened Whistler early before the crowds.

Jim and Mike went helicopter skiing on Tuesday. Then on Thursday they collided on the mountain where Jim proceeded to momentarily pass out. He was fine after he rested the rest of the day. Mike just said, "He was in my way". Then on the last evening of the trip, we had a Powder Dogs dinner. Everyone seemed to have great time and all agreed it was one of the best base villages at any resort.
